HIC & NUNC / Miguel Villalobos and Graham Tabor
Tabor and Villalobos have constructed within the gallery a semblance of preservation.
A fake museum filled with symbols of Man’s conflicted relation to nature; The desire to preserve in conflict with our need to destroy.
Prolific and in demand for their creative and commercial works separately, both artists are insatiable with their output and intensely personal in their connections to their work. What is especially striking in their collaboration is the purity of their creative process. Separately but especially together, there is an undeniably joyful and playful approach to their artisanal process, the creation of beauty, and to the rendering of potentially complex ideas.
Hic et Nunc is a pure creative act, and we are pleased to share it with you.
